Hugh has specialised in placing mid to senior level professionals for many years, successfully working with candidates and clients from start-ups to some of the largest businesses in the world.

Prior to his career in recruitment, Hugh gained degrees in Philosophy & Psychology and Law. He also worked for a high-profile government enquiry and spent several years in the film industry, dividing his time between London and Los Angeles.

When he’s not working hard, he enjoys spending time with his family and kidding himself that he's still a young man, whether it be on the squash court, hockey pitch or ski slope.
